Refund Policy

Each print is made to order, so our policy is simple.

Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or with the wrong size or frame, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the print and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost. Where a replacement is not possible, we will refund the order to the original payment method.

Change of mind

Because nothing is printed until you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or color preference. Please check the size and frame options in the listing before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will cancel the order if it has not yet been printed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post the credit.
