Printing

What are the prints made on?

Archival matte paper, printed to order by our production partner, Printful. Pigment inks, a smooth uncoated surface, no gloss.

Framed or unframed?

Both. Unframed prints ship rolled in a tube. Framed prints arrive ready to hang with hardware installed, in a black, white or natural wood frame depending on the listing.

Which sizes are available?

Each piece is offered in one or more of three aspect families. 2:3 covers 12x18, 16x24 and 24x36 inches. 4:5 covers 8x10, 16x20 and 24x30 inches. 5:7 covers 5x7 and 10x14 inches. The listing shows the sizes that suit that piece.

Is this art original?

Every piece is composed, edited and published by the collective. We work across illustration, print and digital tools, and Midjourney is among the tools the collective works with. Prints are open edition, unsigned and unnumbered.

Will the colors match my screen?

Closely. Matte paper is softer than a backlit display, so expect a little less punch and a little more depth. That is the point.

Shipping

How long does it take?

Prints are made to order. Allow 2 to 5 business days for production, then 3 to 8 business days in transit within the US. International orders typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days. You will receive tracking when the print ships.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide, with a few exceptions our production partner cannot serve. Duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

My print arrived damaged.

Send a photo of the print and the packaging to us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. Contact details are on the contact page.

Can I return a print I changed my mind about?

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If something is wrong with the order itself, tell us and we will make it right.
